Registration & Account

Creating a ji3 account is quick and straightforward. Visit ji3.app and click the Register button. You'll need to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. After submitting the form, you'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to verify your number. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first deposit. Note that full access to withdrawals requires completing KYC verification — see the question below.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It's a standard identity verification process required by Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws. ji3 requires KYC to confirm that you are who you say you are, that you are at least 21 years old, and that your account is not being used for fraudulent activity. To complete KYC, upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID card, or driver's license) through your account dashboard. Most KYC submissions are reviewed within 24 hours.

The minimum age to register and play at ji3 is 21 years old. This is in line with Philippine gambling regulations. Age is verified during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately suspended, winnings forfeited, and deposits returned per our Terms & Conditions. If you are under 21, please do not attempt to register.

No. Each player is allowed only one ji3 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of ji3's Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any balances being forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact ji3 support for assistance.

On the ji3 login page, click Forgot Password. Enter the email address associated with your account and you'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Click the link, set a new strong password, and log in. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, contact ji3 support with your registered email address and mobile number for identity verification.

ji3 supports the most popular payment methods used by Filipino players:

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). ji3 does not currently accept credit cards or cryptocurrency. We're always working to add more convenient payment options for our players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, and the rest of the Philippines.

The minimum deposit at ji3 is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may require additional verification as part of our AML compliance procedures.

Withdrawal processing times at ji3 depend on your chosen method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 1–3 business hours after approval.
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Usually 1–2 business days depending on the bank's processing schedule.
All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: your KYC verification is incomplete or pending review; your withdrawal request was submitted outside business hours; additional verification is required for large withdrawal amounts; or there is a temporary issue with the payment provider. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, please contact ji3 support with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate right away.

ji3 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. ji3 has no control over third-party provider fees.

After registering and completing your first deposit, your welcome bonus will be credited to your ji3 account automatically. The bonus amount and any applicable wagering requirements are detailed in the current promotions section of your account dashboard. Make sure to read the bonus terms carefully — wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonuses are available to new players only and cannot be combined with other active promotions unless stated otherwise.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus winnings become withdrawable. Different games may contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Responsible Gaming

Live chat responses are typically within a few minutes during business hours. Email inquiries are usually answered within 24 hours on business days. Urgent matters — such as suspected unauthorized account access, failed withdrawals, or responsible gaming requests — are treated as high priority and escalated immediately. If you haven't received a response within the expected timeframe, please follow up with your original ticket or chat reference number.

To close your ji3 account, contact our support team directly via live chat or email. Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
