ji3 Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the ji3 platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ji3.app, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ji3 platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of ji3, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any person accessing ji3 through any device or browser. Your continued use of ji3 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ji3 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To be eligible to register and use ji3, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ji3, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ji3 or had your account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ji3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of ji3 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ji3 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ji3 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ji3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Your ji3 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify ji3 immediately.

ji3 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji3 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

ji3 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for an additional layer of account security.
• Log out of your ji3 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never share your OTP with anyone, including persons claiming to be ji3 support staff. ji3 will never ask for your OTP.
• Regularly update your password, especially if you suspect it may have been compromised.

ji3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact ji3 support immediately and change your password without delay.

ji3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ji3 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. ji3 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your ji3 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, please contact ji3 support with your transaction reference number. ji3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.

ji3 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at any time, including as part of its responsible gaming obligations. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through the account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your ji3 account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. ji3 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and applies to all players regardless of withdrawal amount.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to verification requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• ji3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.

ji3 reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes or withholding amounts from withdrawals where required by Philippine law. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on gambling winnings as required under applicable Philippine tax regulations.

ji3 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ji3 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your ji3 bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ji3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on ji3 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

ji3 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

ji3 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player (RTP) rate, or winning probability for any game. Published RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ji3 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. ji3 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the ji3 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gambling.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ji3 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing ji3 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your ji3 account.

ji3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logouts after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from ji3. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

ji3 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where problem gambling behavior is identified, including without the player's request. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access ji3 during their exclusion period. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

All content on the ji3 platform, including but not limited to the ji3 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ji3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ji3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ji3 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ji3 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ji3 software or game code.
• Use ji3 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of ji3 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ji3.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the ji3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the ji3 service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance on information, game results, or promotional content displayed on the ji3 platform.

ji3's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ji3's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ji3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with ji3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ji3 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and ji3 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

ji3 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating the ji3 platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

ji3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ji3 will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the ji3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using ji3 and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at ji3.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

You may close your ji3 account at any time by contacting ji3 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

ji3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Violation of the single-account policy.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to ji3 staff or other players.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling ji3 to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ji3 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation. ji3 will notify the player of the closure and the reason, except where prohibited by law or where notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ji3 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact ji3 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
